Empire Return Policy 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

📌 Clothing & Accessories – 30-Day Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. (All items are quality assured before sent out to customer) 
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

🚗 Vinyl Decals – All Sales Final Once Installed

Due to the nature of our vinyl decals, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the decal remains in its original, unused condition. Returns are NOT accepted if:
✅ Installation instructions provided with the product were not followed.
✅ The decal has been exposed to neglectful storage, including:

• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Water damage
• Tears, rips, or creases before installation
  ✅ The decal has been removed from its backing and applied to transfer tape.
  ✅ Installation has failed due to user error (e.g., air bubbles, misalignment, improper surface prep).
  ✅ The product has been misused or applied incorrectly.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
